Babaaz Travels and Tours is a registered travel agency and visa consultancy in Lahore, Pakistan. We have over 13 years of experience providing visit visa consultancy, work visa guidance, student visa services, travel planning, accommodation booking, flight reservations, and travel insurance assistance to clients across Pakistan.
We are not a government body, embassy, or immigration authority. We are a private visa consultancy and travel agency. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or consulate.
2. Services We Provide
Babaaz Travels and Tours offers the following services:
- Visit visa consultancy for countries including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen nations, Turkey, Japan, South Africa, and others
- Work visa guidance and file preparation support
- Student visa consultancy
- Umrah visa assistance
- Visa file preparation and document review
- Embassy appointment scheduling assistance
- Cover letter and application form guidance
- Interview preparation
- Hotel booking and accommodation assistance
- Flight reservation and airline ticketing
- Travel insurance
- Tour package planning
Important: We are a consultancy service. We do not guarantee visa approval. The final decision on any visa application rests entirely with the relevant embassy or consulate.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
- Submit genuine documents only. Submission of forged, altered, or misleading documents is illegal and we do not support it in any form
- Inform us of any changes to your personal circumstances that may affect your application
- Respond to requests for additional information or documents promptly
- Make payments for our services as agreed
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
If you provide false information or fraudulent documents, we reserve the right to terminate our services immediately without refund. We will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from your dishonesty.
4. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
Babaaz Travels and Tours provides visa consultancy and visa file preparation support. We do not make decisions regarding visa approvals. All final decisions on visa applications are made exclusively by the relevant embassy, high commission, or consulate.
We make no promise, representation, or guarantee that your visa application will be approved. Visa outcomes depend on multiple factors including your personal profile, travel history, financial standing, and the discretion of the embassy officer.
If your visa is rejected, our consultancy fee is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing before the engagement.
5. Fees and Payment
Consultancy Fees
Our service fees cover the cost of consultancy, document review, visa file preparation, and application guidance. These fees are separate from any government visa fees, embassy charges, VFS or BLS service charges, or travel insurance premiums charged by third parties
All fees will be communicated to you clearly before services begin.
Government and Third-Party Fees
You are responsible for paying all government visa fees, embassy charges, and visa application center service fees directly. These amounts are set by the relevant government or third party and are outside our control.
Payment Terms
Payment for our services is required as agreed at the time of engagement. We accept payments via bank transfer and other methods as communicated to you. All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise.
Refund Policy
- Consultancy fees paid for document review or application guidance are non-refundable once work has commenced
- If you cancel before any work begins, we will consider a partial refund at our discretion
- No refunds are provided for visa rejections, as the outcome is outside our control
- Embassy visa fees and third-party service charges are non-refundable in all cases
- Flight and hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation policies of the airline or hotel, not ours
6. Accuracy of Information
Visa requirements, fees, processing times, and embassy procedures change frequently without prior notice. While we make every effort to keep our website content and advice current and accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is up to date at all times.
Always verify the latest requirements directly with the relevant embassy, VFS Global, BLS International, or official government sources before submitting any visa application.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Babaaz Travels and Tours shall not be liable for:
- Visa rejections, delays, or cancellations by any embassy or government authority
- Loss of travel expenses, flight costs, or hotel bookings due to a visa refusal
- Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client
- Actions, decisions, or errors by third parties including VFS Global, BLS International, airlines, or hotels
- Interruptions to our website or online services
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Babaaz Travels and Tours website, including text, images, logos, blog articles, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Babaaz Travels and Tours or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from our website without prior written permission.
